We also have the option of pre-ordering New Releases ahead of their arrival date. You can order these by selecting them through our pre-order category. This is a great way to secure your fabric ahead of its delivery. Note: Please complete the form in the product page – do not add it to the basket and pay for it via the website. We will be in touch and invoice you 25% the deposit with the balance to be paid once the stock arrives.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are happy to exchange or refund on most things however there are a few exceptions. There is NO refunds or exchange on patterns unless they are faulty, so please choose carefully. There is NO refunds or exchanges on custom orders and fabric cut to specific size unless it is faulty. In the event of a faulty item purchaser is to return via post and their out of pocket expense of return post will be refunded accordingly. The faulty items must be returned in their original state and within 30 days of purchase.

For the Bank Deposit, the details will be shown on your checkout screen once you have selected that payment option. Please note that credit card details are not stored on this site so you will have to re-enter them for each new order.
We also offer an 8 week layby on purchases over $100. The layby is to be paid off in 8 equal instalments. An invoice will be emailed every Monday for each of the 8 weeks. Your order will be despatched once your final payment has been received.
You order will be cut and placed on hold once your order is received to guarantee stock availability, as a result of this process there cannot be any cancellations or refunds. Please only select this option if you intend on following this arrangement. Please contact us to arrange for layby.
Shipping is available Australia wide and Internationally via Australia Post. Pricing is in Australian Dollars and the currency conversion is calculated once you proceed to Paypal.
Please note the rates below do not include insurance. In the case of a lost or damaged letter or parcel by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible.
Insurance can be purchased for $1.50 per $100 of value (Australian residents only). Please contact us if you would like insurance to be added to your order.
All orders are placed in Australia Post plastic satchels. We try to keep the postage costs as low as possible by utilising Australia Post. We charge the postage according to the prices set by Australia Post.
Express postage is only guaranteed overnight by Australia Post within their express post network. Outside of this network is as follows:
VIC – Next Day
NSW – 1 to 2 days
QLD – 3 to 4 days
SA – 2 to 3 days
WA – 3 to 5 days
TAS – 3 to 4 days
NT – 2 to 3 days.
Regular Post time frames are as follows:
VIC – 3 to 4 business days
NSW – 4 Business days
QLD – 3 to 4 Business days
SA – 2 to 3 Business days
WA – 5 to 6 Business days
Tas – 3 to 4 Business days
NT/Darwin – 5 to 6 Business days
Tracking is included for all Australia Post regular satchels of 500g, 3kg & 5kg within Australia only.
Please Note: Letter rates do not have any tracking available and can be up to 4 days slower than Parcel Post
International Shipping – yes we ship internationally to New Zealand, the US, UK and Canada. Just add to your cart and it will calculate the postage for you upon checkout once your address has been added.
For all other items the postage is determined by weight. Simply add products to your cart and we will calculate a postage cost before you process your payment.
Remember to make the most of your postage. If there is room in your satchel why not squeeze in some extras at no extra shipping costs.
